Welcome to the Metasell platform. These terms set the rules for using our website and services.

General information
Metasell is a B2B SaaS platform that uses artificial intelligence to analyze sales calls, coach reps, and improve team performance. These terms apply to all users, visitors, and anyone using our services.
Services
Metasell provides automatic call analysis, AI-based coaching, a real-time dashboard, CRM integration (AmoCRM, Bitrix24), daily reports, an AI assistant, and automatic task creation.
User obligations
Use the platform only for lawful purposes, keep your account credentials secure, do not attempt to hack or copy the platform, and do not attempt unauthorized access to other users' data.
Data collection and protection
We collect profile data, business data synced from your CRM, call recordings, and usage statistics. This data is used to provide and improve the service. Data received from Meta (Facebook, Instagram and WhatsApp) is used only for features the business turns on and is not used for advertising or to train AI models. All data is stored encrypted, each business is isolated separately, and data is never sold and is shared only with service providers needed to run the service. See the Privacy Policy for details.
Payment terms
Business plan: 640,000 UZS per rep per month. Pricing is per real user (an actual person): if a single CRM or telephony account is used by 2 or more people, the fee is calculated based on that number of real users. Enterprise plan: by individual agreement. No hidden fees. You can change the number of reps at any time.
Cancellation
You can cancel at any time. Access remains until the end of the current month. Export is available. At the business's request, we delete its data within 7 days.
Limitation of liability
Metasell provides AI analysis and recommendations; the final decision rests with the user. Data accuracy depends on the data coming from your CRM. We are not responsible for outages in third-party services.
Intellectual property
The platform and AI technologies belong to Metasell. The user's business data remains the property of the user.
Changes to terms
Metasell reserves the right to change these terms at any time. Changes will be communicated by email.
